This evening I had the ABSOLUTE pleasure of having a Closing of the Bones ceremony done by Elena (@soul_oftheearth).
What a beautiful and therapeutic experience with a lovely person.
Something every woman should experience at least once, but I assure you that you’ll want more than one. Amazing massage, being rocked and wrapped in the robozos beautiful drumming and singing.
Ah! So amazing. Do it!

I’m still smiling this morning

I loved my closing the bones ceremony. I felt as if my sadness had lifted away and felt relaxed and calm afterwards. I’m still smiling this morning. Thankyou Elena x

Rebozo Massage session

Before I signed up for the Rebozo massage session, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. What I got was one of the most relaxing and restorative sessions I’ve ever attended. I feel like I floated out of the studio at the end.

Because the group was small it felt like a personal experience. By its nature it was a session designed for women, and I love that Elena created a safe space for us all to just let go.

Elena walked us through some of the history of Rebozo. We also used authentic Rebozo scarfs in the practice too. During the session we got to experience a traditional rebozo treatment and were taught invaluable ways we can self massage and self regulate at home too.

I can’t recommend these sessions enough!
