Sound Therapy

Sound therapy uses the healing vibrations of sounds to heal the mind, body and soul. During a sound therapy session or soundbath, various instruments are used including singing bowls, gongs and chimes, to create sounds that resonate throughout the body removing energy blockages, stress, tension and trauma, leaving you rested and relaxed and restoring harmony within your whole being.
  • Monthly Sound Bath Sessions are held on the 2nd Sunday of the Month, 9:30-11am at Cardiff Pilates Studio

    Sound Bath

    The healing power of sound has been used for millennia to heal the body, mind, and soul. I invite you to join me for this nourishing and restoring practice that will help release stress, trauma and blockages.

    After a few minutes spent focusing on the breath and being present, you will be resting and allowing the sound waves to wash over you, cleansing and balancing your being.

    The experience will be filled with different sounds and frequencies that will allow your brainwaves to slow down and disconnect from external stimuli so you become aware of what is happening within.

    At the end of it, the goal is for you to feel relaxed, rested, deeply nourished, restored, and more connected with your soul.

    What to expect

    Mats and comfort props are provided, Please ensure you wear comfy clothes in layers and bring an extra blanket for warmth and comfort as the body cools down significantly during the practice.

    Sound Massage

    Sound Massage is a wonderfully relaxing and restorative practice. Tibetan singing bowls are strategically placed on the body to create a cacophony of vibrations and release energy blockages in your Chakra system, cleansing, clearing and balancing each energy centre leaving you calm, energised, revitalised.
