Kundalini yoga combines movement, breathwork and mantra sound to heighten your awareness, strengthen your body and nourish your soul to enable you to live freely – with a light heart, a light mind and a light body.
In person classes
- Every Monday 7:30pm – 8:45pm at Cardiff Pilates Studio in Canton
- Mats and props are available, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Wear comfy clothes and bring a blanket to cover up during relaxation and plenty of water to keep hydrated.
Single session: £11
Block booking – 6 x 75 minute classes: £54
All classes are to be booked and paid for 24 hours in advance.
Online classes
Early Morning club: Monday-Friday @ 8am – 8:45am
Monday Evenings @ 7:30pm – 8:45pm
Monthly membership on a sliding scale from £35 – £55/month, depending on what you can afford. Includes early morning club and one weekly 75-minute class.
Block booking of 6 x 75 mins online classes on a sliding scale from £48 to £60 depending on affordability.
Earl morning class: £5
Full classes: £10
